To New Beginnings: The Story of 6th and Market Street Office Building

NAI Fortis successfully represented a seller in the disposition of a downtown office building on 6th and Market Street. The previous owner, Esto Properties LLC, was incorporated by local architect Wayne Estopinal. During its operation, the building served as the headquarters for Mr. Estopinal and his development of the Lou City semi-professional soccer team. Mr. Estopinal was directly involved with many community projects over a long career until his unfortunate passing in a plane crash in 2018. The building was bought by another architectural firm, Work Architectural and Design.
