Optum Healthcare selects Professional Towers in Louisville for their new location.

On a tenant representation assignment, NAI Fortis was able to secure a lease for Optum Healthcare. Optum is a healthcare provider that specifically caters to veterans. Optum wanted to set up their operations in a central part of the city where they could access all different parts of Louisville. After negotiating lease terms with local brokerage firm, Hoagland Commercial Realtors, Optum was able to set up their office in the Professional Towers located on Dupont Circle.

With the help of NAI Fortis and Hoagland Commercial Realtors, Optum successfully secured a lease that met their needs and allowed them to establish a base where they could serve the local veteran community with dedication and care.
