In a strategic move on behalf of their client, Baptist Health, the 103,860 square foot Class A office building found its new owner in Louisville Gas & Electric and Kentucky Utilities. The transaction, which closed on September 7, 2023, saw the property change hands for an impressive $16,525,000.
This significant real estate deal was prompted by evolving trends in office usage and a paradigm shift towards remote work for employees. Baptist Health adeptly responded to these changes, optimizing its headquarters requirement by seamlessly relocating to another recently acquired building at 1901 Campus Place in Louisville.
