Originally from Southern California and with over ten years of real estate experience in Colorado, Sam is intimately familiar with both markets. He collaborates with local businesses in both states and advises national accounts across the country, offering unparalleled expertise and service.

Background & Experience

With over a decade of comprehensive experience and a proven track record in commercial real estate, Sam's stature as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor continues to grow. Working out of the WLA office, his influence can be felt both locally and nationally as his distinguished membership of the Investment Services Group enables him to represent buyers and occupiers nationwide.

In 2021, Sam joined SquareFoot as its inaugural hire in Los Angeles, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company’s culture and expanding the team. Prior to joining SquareFoot, Sam served as Senior Vice President at Avison Young, a prominent global commercial real estate firm. His journey at Avison Young began with the acquisition of Truss Holdings, Inc., a commercial real estate technology company in which he served as Senior VP and market leader for the Los Angeles region. During his tenure at Truss, Sam was instrumental in securing 18 million square feet of available office inventory throughout Los Angeles, laying the foundation for the company's successful launch in May 2019. Within the first six months of launching the LA market, he executed 24 lease transactions totaling $4.3 million in lease value.

Prior to his tenure at Truss, Sam excelled as a Tenant Representative Broker at Colliers International, where he successfully closed over 50 lease transactions across the country. Following this, he played a pivotal role in advancing Ecospace Commercial, focusing on supporting startups and high-growth enterprises. In all facets of his professional career—whether pioneering new ventures or enhancing established teams—Sam's innovation and unwavering professionalism establish him as a rising star in the real estate industry.
