Remarkable: The Largest CRE Firm in North America Expands to Louisville’s Iconic Wright Tower

NAI Fortis was able to complete a lease in the iconic and newly named Wright Tower, formerly known as Kaden Tower, located at 6100 Dutchmans Lane. The tenant, SRS Real Estate Partners, a Dallas-based brokerage firm expanded into several new markets this past year, including Louisville. SRS is the largest commercial real estate firm in North America exclusively dedicated to retail services. The principal broker for the new SRS office is Casey Smallwood, previously of the NAI Fortis team. Fortis represented the landlord, In-Rel Properties, in the transaction.

The move to the Wright Tower signifies a new chapter for SRS Real Estate Partners as they continue to grow and establish their presence in Louisville. With Casey Smallwood at the helm of the new office, the team is poised for success in serving the retail real estate needs of clients in the region.
